  • None of those stats surprise me nor do they really mean much in terms of the usefulness of email. IM fell 40 percent...is that computer based IM? If so, no surprise, phones took over.

  • Chris-749391 They are starting to relegate Facebook to e-mail ---- something that rural people and old people do, but not enough benefit for them to worry much about. Only rural and old people use email? When did that happen?

  • Rlquall But if this is routinely better than actual banking, I'd say that there is a problem. A lot of it is the decreased value of the use of money (float). If there were realistic interest rates, What's a "realistic" interest rate? A rate is a rate.
